Plan & Prep
From giving you advise on what to do to prepare to sell, to staging your property, we will provide you with the tools to get your property ready to sell.
We then hire a professional photographer and collect the best images to highlight your homes best features.

Marketing
We have so many resources to market your home to sell it quickly and for the most money possible in the market! We will discuss a marketing plan with you at our first visit, and start implementing the plan promptly.

Under Contract
You've got offers to choose from... don't worry, we will help you go through the offers and guide you with what each one is offering and what terms and clauses mean. We will help you with negotiating and finding the right buyer.

Buyers Due Diligence
During this time, buyers will have their offer due diligence items and inspections to perform. This sometimes leads to more negotiations. We will help guide you through this process.
The appraisal from the lender falls within this timeframe also. Once we get the "clear to close" from the lender and the buyers agent, we can schedule closing.

Closing
Time to close the deal and hand over the keys to the new owners. We will help facilitate this process with the title company and help you transition. If you need a moving company, we've got that too. If you need to do a mail away closing, we can arrange that.
